Dmitriy Buyanov, MD
Dr. Buyanov is a native of the Ukraine and is one of the few fellowship trained interventional Pain Specialists in the country. He is the founder of Premier Pain Consultants.
Dr Buyanov received his training in Anesthesiology at Penn State Medical Center, PA. He then went on to further train in Interventional Pain Management in their Post Doctoral fellowship program.
Dr. Buyanov moved to San Antonio and was part of a multispecialty neurosurgery group before starting Premier Pain Consultants, which has a practice philosophy of quality patient care which is compassionate and cost effective.
Dr. Buyanov believes in conservative care which will improve the quality of life of his patients and also improved function.
Dr. Buyanov enjoys spending his spare time with his family.
Larina Gutenberg, DO
Dr. Larina Gutenberg, D.O. completed her Pain Fellowship program and her Residency in Anesthesiology at Cleveland Clinic Foundation
Dr. Gutenberg holds a Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Arizona College of Osteopahic medicine, Midwestern University, Glendale, Arizona.
Yurii D. Borshch, MD, FRCPC
Dr. Borshch obtained his Fellowship in Pain Management and completed his residecy in Anesthesiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He later practiced as an assistant professor and Chronic Pain Clinic Director at The Department of Anesthesiology at Queen's University, Kingston, ON, Canada for seven years, and private practice for three years in upstate New York. Before moving to North America, Dr. Borshch practiced as a general surgeon in the former USSR.
Marizu Borrego, PA-C
Marizu Borrego, PA-C is from Monterrey, Mexico and has lived in San Antonio since 2005. She holds a Bachelors degree in Healthcare Services and Masters of Physician Assistant Studies - both from UTHSC of San Antonio.
Monica Delgado, PA-C
Monica Delgado, PA-C is born and raised in our great San Antonio. She holds a Bachelors Degree with a Major in Biology from Our Lady of The Lake University and a Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from UTHSC of San Antonio.
